Customer is trying to import offline created PNR in to Concur. Due to multiple possible issues with the PNR, sometimes it cannot be saved in to our database, but at the same time, Concur is not removing it from the offline approval queue and it is not moved to the offline approval error queue, the "reporting and error queue PCC not matching" error appears in Kibana.
