3829374 - What happens when an email address is verified in one account but this same address is the username for another account?

We would like to understand how the system will handle two accounts where:

• Account 1 has the email address X verified. Since it has been verified it should work for authenticating to SAP Concur via website or app. The official username for this account is Y, which is different than the verified email address X.
• Account 2 has the username set to X, exactly like the email address verified by Account 1. Since X is the username, this value should be valid for authentication via website or app.
