A user receives the error message "Mileage service is not configured. Please contact your SAP Concur Administrator." when accessing Vehicle Registration from their Profile Settings.

The issue occurs despite:

  • The vehicle being properly registered.
  • Mileage configuration appearing to be correctly configured.
