Symptom

We are receiving an error on the employee import file for one of our users. The error is: Error An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to save Travel information for the employee with EmployeeId= [XXXX]. The following details should be communicated to Concur Client Support. Details: RESULT: Failed User ID: XXXXX Action: Updated Message:Invalid length for a Base-64 char array or string.
