3829400 - How to set receipt handling rule in such a way that a receipt should be required for any dollar while using out of pocket expense?

I have a request regarding our receipt handling rules. For corporate card transactions, please keep the current receipt requirements unchanged. However, for out-of-pocket expenses, I would like receipts to be mandatory regardless of the expense amount.
