3829435 - Why do I see different hotel results on two exactly the same configured company configurations?

An admin performs a hotel search for the same date and same place on two different company configurations that are however set in the exactly same way but gets different results.  

• Both configurations use the same GDS
• There are no discounts
• Search radius is the same 
• Hotel Search Options are the same
• Company Locations are the same 
• Rules are the same 
• There are no vendor exclusions etc ...
