3829559 - Why is the Clearing Account Code missing or the Account Code is incorrectly being displayed in the Extract file?

Symptom

You have a user facing an issue regarding the Clearing Account Code not being considered in your Extract file. For example, a user submitted a report having one credit card transaction marked as Personal expense and it did not get the Journal Account Code filled in the extract file. The report was created before this clearing account code was added to this credit card or group.

If the clearing account code is added to a card or a group and the user simply submits the report, this information is not considered in the database under the database table CT_JOURNAL. However, if the user saves the entry and submits the report after the Clearing Account Code is added, it works just fine. For further details, please check the attached videos to see this behavior recreated in a test entity.
