3829608 - Why multiple accounts appear in dropdown list when I trying to assign user default expense approver?

Symptom

When I tried to assign user default expense approver in user administration, after I input the user first name, multiple accounts appear in dropdown list.
However, we only have user with this name. Why it happens?
