SAP Concur is introducing the AI-Assisted Delegates Dashboard, a new workspace accessible directly from the SAP Concur homepage. Designed for executive assistants and arrangers, this feature consolidates open work items, traveler preferences, and AI-guided actions for Travel, Requests, and Expense Reports into a single dashboard.
KEY CAPABILITIES
- View all assigned travelers in one list and switch between them instantly by clicking their name. No search or profile navigation required.
- The "For You Today" panel displays a consolidated and prioritized list of open work items across all travelers and all products, organized in four categories:
• Urgent: items due today or tomorrow
• Ongoing Trip: items related to trips currently in progress
• Planning: travel requests, trip invites, and upcoming bookings
• Follow-up: unassigned expenses and expense reports
- Each work item includes an AI-recommended next step and three quick actions:
• Draft Email, Short Message, and Generate Status Summary.
- Filter work items by traveler to focus on one person's open actions.
- View traveler preferences (seat, hotel, meal, and loyalty program preferences) directly from the dashboard. No separate profile navigation needed.
PERMISSIONS & VISIBILITY
The dashboard honors existing roles and permissions:
- Delegates with only Travel permissions see Travel items only.
- Delegates with only Expense permissions see Expense items only.
- Delegates with only Request permissions see Request items only.
- Delegates with both Expense and Travel arranger permissions will find the new
entry point on the SAP Concur homepage upon login.
Note: This feature is designed for the arranger (Concur Travel) and delegate (Concur Expense) persona only.
