A user reports that a travel request has been approved, but the associated travel segment displays as "incomplete" or shows a status of "In Progress – Unfinished Reservation." The user is concerned the trip may auto-cancel.
Upon reviewing the trip, the Finalize Trip button is grayed out, preventing the user from completing/finalizing the reservation.
Under normal design, the Finalize Trip button should always be displayed (never grayed out). If the action is temporarily unavailable, clicking it should display a message explaining the reason, rather than showing the button as disabled.
