3829765 - Why are Factor rates not being applied when rates are populated from the Custom Lookup?

• I am creating a Job Posting using Rates 2.0, and the rates populate from the Custom Lookup.
• The Factor value defined in the lookup is not being applied to my overtime, double time, or other factor rates. Each rate shows the same value as the standard rate instead of the base rate multiplied by the Factor.
