3829829 - How can I check if e-Bunsho timestamp feature is enabled?

Symptom

I read on websites that Concur has a feature to give timestamps that meets the Japanese e-Bunsho Act/Electronic Books Maintenance Act requirements.
We are using Concur Expense. Is this feature enabled in our environment?
How can I check this?
