3829861 - Service confirmation cancellation does not reverse CATS entries when original posting period is closed

When a service confirmation is cancelled, the reversal of the related CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) entries is not posted to FI/CO.

The financial period corresponding to the posting date is already closed.

When a service confirmation is completed, working hours are transferred to CATS using the service rendered date as the FI/CO posting date. When the confirmation is subsequently cancelled, the system attempts to post the CATS reversal using the same original posting date. If the period is already closed, the reversal transfer fails.

It's necessary to post the data manually using the Process Unposted Time Confirmations (CAT7) app.
