3830045 - Can a group or user start using JPT on NextGen UI while others are still using JPT on the existing UI?

Symptom

Can a group or user start using JPT (Japan Public Transportation) on NextGen UI while others on the same entity are still using JPT on the existing UI?
Also, is it possible to switch back to JPT on the existing UI after switching to JPT on NextGen UI?
