3830075 - IQ Report shows incorrect Customer Name and database schema after instance refresh - VSaaS SuccessFactors Learning

• IQ Report downloaded from Learning Administration shows incorrect Customer Name and Database Schema Verification values.
• The issue occurs after an instance refresh of SuccessFactors Learning.

• Validated SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

1. Access Learning Administration.
2. Go to System Administration > System Management Tool > Environment.
3. Select Download IQ Report.
4. Verify that the Customer Name and Database Schema in the downloaded report are incorrect.

Manual instance refresh overwrote the target instance IQ Report metadata with source instance data due to a product defect.

A corrective SaaS Operations task is in place for affected report data, and an enhancement is planned to prevent IQ Report overwrite during instance refresh and to perform a post-refresh correction. 

• The permanent fix is planned for the 2H 2026 release (version b2611.12). Refer to SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map

Workaround:

• As a temporary workaround, open a support ticket to request correction of the IQ Report data in the affected target instance.
