3830091 - Not possible to partially select text by dragging the mouse in tree control - SAP GUI for HTML

• In VA03 Document Flow when run in SAP GUI for HTML, document numbers in the tree (for example delivery, invoice, accounting) cannot be selected by normal mouse drag.
• The same issue is observed in other transaction in tree control as well.
• A single click selects the whole tree cell (item text), but partial text selection by dragging the mouse is not possible.
• In some cases the sales order number remains selectable/copyable, while other nodes (delivery, billing, accounting) are not via plain drag.
• Text selection is possible only when using a keyboard modifier before mouse selection.
• The behavior change is observed after kernel update.
• The behavior is not the same as SAP GUI for Windows.
