3830150 - User's name appears in Consolidation Monitor 'Last Changed By' field after running a task in Data Monitor

• A Local Entity Accountant runs a task (for example, task 1050 Line Item Validation) in the Data Monitor app.
• After the task is executed, the same user's name and timestamp appear in the 'Last Changed By' field in the Consolidation Monitor app.
• The user has no authorization to execute tasks directly in the Consolidation Monitor.
• No corresponding log entry is found in the Consolidation Monitor for the change.
• Group Accountants are confused because a user with limited access appears as the last changer for Consolidation Monitor tasks.
