3830197 - "Tester" and "Owner" field missing in mass test case upload template; testers cannot be assigned during import - SAP Cloud ALM

Symptom

  • During bulk upload of test cases using the SAP template in Test Preparation, the Tester and Owner fields are not available.
  • Testers cannot be assigned as part of the import; assignment must be done individually per test case after upload.
  • No error message is displayed.
