3830232 - Administrator is not visible in the Administrators list in Iamtenants (Identity Authentication)

In the https://iamtenants.accounts.cloud.sap/, the Administrator is not visible in the list while the User is an administrator when checked from the Administrator tile in UI of Cloud Identity Service.
