3830332 - Fiori tile name not fully visible in Quick Access > Recent activities (SAP S/4HANA)

Symptom

In the Fiori Launchpad Quick Access > Recent activities, the complete name of a custom Fiori tile is not visible, although the full name appears in search and functional app lists; no error message is shown.
