Symptom

  • During meter reading estimation, the expected consumption is 0 even though historical meter readings exist.
  • The original period for the forecast is limited to a single day despite available meter reading history.
  • The estimated reading equals the previous actual meter reading.
  • Following error message is raised: EL151 “Consumption exceeds maximum tolerance limit.”
