A notification that triggers when the entire onboarding process is complete, including Onboarding main steps, E-signature and all new hire tasks.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The current product design does not include a native aggregated completion trigger for the full onboarding workflow. Notifications in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding are tied to individual events, such as e-signature completion or individual task completion, and no built-in mechanism evaluates all onboarding steps collectively before sending a notification. 

This is a current product limitation. There is no standard out-of-the-box notification for full onboarding process completion.
