3830438 - Error - MG142 during product replication or MDG check for Rounding Profile (MDMA-RDPRF) in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • Product replication via ProductMDMBulkReplicateRequest fails with error MG142: “The value 01 is not allowed for the field Rounding Profile”.
  • The same MG142 error occurs during MDG change request check and during MDG mass processing.
  • In transaction MM02, the same Rounding Profile value can be maintained in the MRP Area without error.
