3830451 - Canvas Report Export to Excel Fails with "Application Error – Data Inconsistency" When one of the field value Contains <img> HTML Tag

User navigates to a Canvas report built on a Pivot table and attempts to export it to Excel.
The export fails and the browser displays the SAP SuccessFactors Application Error page:
"An inconsistency in the data associated with the page you have requested has been detected and the application is unable to process your request."

The error is reproducible consistently for the same report.

• Advanced Reporting (ODS)

1. Open or create a Canvas report in Advanced Reporting (ODS).
2. Include data from a form template where a field value contains HTML content that includes an image tag.
3. Run or export the report.
4. Observe that the report fails to load or returns a runtime error.

An HTML image tag in a form template’s custom field value included by the Canvas report causes the runtime error during report execution.

1. Identify the form template record(s) whose custom field value contains an HTML image tag.
2. In the Canvas report, apply a filter to exclude the affected data (for example, exclude the specific form template or records containing the HTML image content).
3. Run or export the report again to verify that it loads successfully.
