3830458 - LDAP notification from EWM to TM is discarded or fails when packaging materials are used in a side-by-side scenario

• The LDAP notification (TransportationOrderLoadingAppointmentNotification_In) is processed in transaction SRT_MONI with status 'Delivered', but the corresponding freight order is not updated in SAP TM.
• In case the LDAP fails instead of being discarded, the following errors may be displayed: 
  • "Quantity mismatch between delivery &1, item &2, and LDAP message" 177(/SCMTMS/TOR_INT)
  • "Delivery &1 is not up-to-date" 000(/SCMTMS/OM_UH)
• The issue occurs in a side-by-side SAP TM and SAP EWM deployment where ERP is in a separate system.
• Packaging materials (item category 'BASE_BTDITEM_TCO' = '16', Delivery Packing Item) are used in handling units during warehouse departure.
