3830512 - Date of birth updated in Biographical Information does not sync to Benefits Employee Profile

Date of Birth (DOB) was updated in Biographical Information for one employee, but the change did not sync to the Benefits Employee Profile.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Open the user’s profile.
2. Update the Date of Birth in Biographical Information and save.
3. Go to Manage Data and open the Benefits Employee Profile.
4. Observe that the old Date of Birth is still displayed.
5. Open the Benefits enrollment (Open Enrollment) page and observe the old Date of Birth still displays.

Currently updates to the employee date of birth will not be synced to "benefit employee profile". 

In order to correct the benefit employee profile you will need to follow these steps: 

1. Go to manage data > benefit employee profile and select the profile for the affected user
2. Delete the profile of this user
3. Run the sync job only for the affected user ID. When following this guide page Syncing Employee Central Dependents Data For The Latest Benefits Enrollment Experience to create the job, besides adding legal entity, add the employee ID. 

This way recreate the benefit employee profile with the correct date of birth.
