This article explains whether salary values in SmartRecruiters can be automatically derived from a selected Pay Grade or retrieved from SAP SuccessFactors.
SmartRecruiters provides two distinct salary-related fields:
- Salary Range for Job Approval: Used internally for job approval, budgeting, and headcount-planning purposes.
- Salary Transparency / Compensation: Used to display candidate-facing salary information on the job advertisement. This field supports either a fixed salary or a salary range.
Administrators may expect one or both of these fields to be populated automatically when a Pay Grade is selected on a job requisition.
