3830549 - Texts tab missing in header level for consignment fill-up (CCFU) in VA01/VA02/VA03 – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When opening Header Data for Consignment Fill-Up sales orders (CCFU) in VA01/VA02/VA03, the Texts tab is missing. While in the "Manage Sales Orders – Version 2" app, although the Texts tab on the header level is visible, the Create button is disabled.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Log in to the system.
2. Open VA01 (Create Sales Order).
3. Enter Sales Document Type CCFU and relevant organizational data (Sales Org, Distribution Channel, Division).
4. Press Enter to reach the main screen.
5. Open Header Data and observe that the Texts tab is not available.

A text determination procedure is not assigned to the CCFU sales document header in the configuration activity “Set Up Text Determination for Sales Document Header” (ID: 101290).

1. Open the configuration activity Set Up Text Determination for Sales Document Header (ID: 101290).
2. Assign an appropriate text determination procedure to the CCFU sales document header.
3. Save the configuration and transport to other systems as per your transport process.
4. Test in VA01/VA02: Open Header Data and confirm the Texts tab is visible.
5. Test in Manage Sales Orders – Version 2: Confirm the Create Text action is enabled at header level.
