3830567 - Unable to access schedule destinations after rollback / uninstallation from 4.3 SP03+ versions to pre 4.3 SP03 versions

Symptom

  • After a rollback or uninstallation of a 4.3 SP03+ version to a pre 4.3 SP03 version (eg 4.3 SP05 to 4.3 SP02), it is no longer possible to access the Adaptive Job Server (AJS) destinations in Central Management Console (CMC) or BI Launchpad (BILP)
  • In CMC, when scheduling, the destinations tab may throw and error or indefinitely load
  • In BILP, the error RWS 00070 Internal Server error will be seen when clicking on the destinations
