3830599 - OData SQL appends WITH RANGE_RESTRICTION('CURRENT') and returns no data in production

Symptom

  • An ABAP ADBC query via CL_SQL_STATEMENT->EXECUTE_QUERY has WITH RANGE_RESTRICTION('CURRENT') appended in production, while the same query in development does not.
  • OData entity set requests return an empty result (no data) in production.
