• The UI shows "Error log file is not available and cannot be downloaded".
• Error logs show: "There are 1 validation errors. Job won't proceed to pipeline." and "org.apache.kafka.common.errors.RecordTooLargeException: The message is 150996228 bytes when serialized which is larger than 1048576, which is the value of the max.request.size configuration."
