3830669 - Create Version Action Not Visible in Sales Quote Detail View

In SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, the Create Version action is not present in the Sales Quote detail view. The action cannot be found in any of the expected UI locations — the Show More menu, the + Create menu, or the Versions tab. As a result, no new version of an existing Sales Quote can be created.

1. Navigate to the Sales Quotes view.
2. Open an existing Sales Quote record.
3. Open the 'Show More' menu and look for the Create Version action.
4. Open the '+' Create menu and look for the Sales Quote Version option.
5. Navigate to the Versions tab and look for the + Add action.
6. Observe that the Create Version action is not present in any of these locations.

The Create Version action is hidden by default in the Sales Quote detail view. It must be explicitly enabled via the Adaptation tool before it becomes visible to users.

An administrator must use the Adaptation tool to make the Create Version action visible in the UI. The action can be enabled in any of the following three entry points:

• Show More menu on the Sales Quote detail view → enable Create Version
• + Create menu → enable Sales Quote Version
• Versions tab → enable + Add
