• An error occurs when trying to print documents for deliveries.
• Error message: Output request is not available for object "OUTBOUND_DELIVERY", with object key "***" – APOC_OR_UI_MESSAGES002.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open an outbound delivery in Display Outbound Delivery (VL03N) app.
2. Navigate to the path: Menu>Extras>Delivery Output>Output Control.
3. Observe the error message: Output request is not available for object "OUTBOUND_DELIVERY", with object key "***" – APOC_OR_UI_MESSAGES002.

The Output Parameter Determination configuration for Outbound Delivery is incorrect.

One possible cause is:

The Dispatch Time for the Delivery output type is set to 2 (Scheduled), but delivery output types support only Dispatch Time 1 (Immediately).

1. Open the Output Parameter Determination APP and choose Rules: outbound delivery, Determination steps: output type.
2. Change Dispatch Time from 2 (Scheduled) to 1 (Immediately).
3. Save the configuration.
4. Re-check the affected delivery in Delivery Output Control or re-trigger output determination as needed. 
   *Please note that if you make a change to a business rule in Output Parameter Determination, this change is not automatically applied to existing deliveries (except in the case of the output relevance rule).
