• Custom field in the competency section is not visible in the table report output.
• Values entered by users in the custom field appear blank in the report.
• The expected custom field label is not available or returns empty results in reporting.
• No error message is displayed.

1. Configure and use a custom field in the competency section of a performance form.
2. Ensure users enter values in this custom field on active forms.
3. Run a table report on the form data and observe that the custom field values are not visible.

The custom field does not have an ekey value maintained in the form template XML, so reporting returns blanks.

1. Edit the performance form template XML and add an ekey attribute to each custom field that must be reported from the competency (fm-element) section.
2. Ensure each ekey value is unique within the same form template.
3. Save the updated template and launch new forms based on it.
4. Populate the custom field values on the newly launched forms.
5. Run the report and verify the custom field values are now returned.
6. Note: Changes to ekey do not apply to already launched (live) forms; existing forms cannot be fixed retroactively for reporting.
