3830962 - Error message "Invalid Entry for Department Hierarchy" does not navigate to field when invalid value exists on Work Order

• On a Work Order, when a pick-list or hierarchy custom field (for example Department Hierarchy) fails validation, the message popover shows: Invalid Entry for Department Hierarchy.
• When the field is blank, clicking the message navigates to the field as expected.
• When the field already holds a value, including a value that has since become invalid, clicking the message does nothing and the page does not scroll to or focus the field.
