Symptom

  • Error CRM_UTILITY_SALES 348 "Enter a product" occurs during Move to Other Premise contract creation.
  • Product is not auto-assigned to the new contract item.
  • Product and product description fields remain blank in the newly created contract.
  • In UI component IUICCON/ContractTreeStart, attribute ORDERED_PROD remains empty.
