3831008 - Service Orders Limited to 1000 Records in C4C Premises

Service orders for a premise are not fully retrieved; retrieval is limited to 1000 records.

1. Go to Utilities > Premise.
2. Search for a premise using the premise number.
3. Open the Service Orders tab and observe the number of listed service orders.

The standard pagination logic in IBAPI_ALM_ORDERHEADER_GETLIST limits the number of processed records to 1000 (EV_LAST_SHOWN_HIT = 1000).

1. Implement BADI COD_UTILTITIES_SRV_ORD_GET_BADI.
2. In method ADJUST_BASIC_SO_SEARCH_PARAM, set cs_display_parameters-pagelength to the required maximum number of hits (greater than 1000 as needed).
3. Activate and transport the BADI implementation as per your development lifecycle.
4. Re-run the service order retrieval and verify that records beyond 1000 are now returned.
