3831097 - CJ88 - Error KI248 for Non-Leading Ledger During Project Settlement with Parallel Valuation

Symptom

When running project settlement via transaction CJ88, error KI248 is raised for postings in the non-leading ledger group. The account assignment object is derived correctly for the leading ledger but not for the non-leading ledger, causing the settlement to fail.
