3831113 - Unified Consent Management(UCM) : Cannot Approve Incoming Consent Request

• Approving an incoming consent request in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP cockpit) for the integration between SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM) fails with the error: "An error occurred. Check the technical details, and try to fix the error. Unexpected error from upstream service."
• The consent request status remains Pending and is not approved.
• Issue occurs when opening the incoming consent request in SAP BTP and selecting Approve in the UCM service.
