3831175 - Changing information in Manage Pending Hires is not adjusting the data in Recruiting - RCM/EC

When hiring a candidate through Manage Pending Hires, the data is originally mapped from Recruiting Management to the Employee Central screen. If the data is modified in the Manage Pending Hires screen, this data is not being updated back in the source in Recruiting.

This is a system expected behavior.

The data flow is from RCM to EC, and not the other way around. Therefore, if any data is modified on the Manage Pending Hires screen it won't automatically flow back to the Recruiting Management's screens.

So, if data such as Position Number is modified, for example, it won't change the Position associated to the Job Requisition and manual intervention in Recruiting will be required.
