Symptom

Users may experience one or more of the following behaviors when attempting to access SmartRecruiters:

  • The SmartRecruiters email address and password initially configured for the user no longer allow access.
  • Selecting Forgot password does not provide the expected access.
  • The user can access SmartRecruiters directly but cannot access it from the SuccessFactors module picker.
