3831300 - No Inbound Communication web services available during communication arrangement creation

Symptom

No web services are listed for selection when creating a Communication Arrangement for a custom communication Scenario.

The custom communication scenario was directly created from the UI and it uses SDK inbound web services.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Business ByDesign 
  • SAP Cloud Applications Studio

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator work center
  2. Select General Settings view and select Communication Arrangements
  3. Click New 
  4. Select the custom communication scenario 
  5. Observe that there is no inbound communication and no outbound communication 

Resolution

To resolve the issue, delete and recreate the communication scenario from the frontend UI.
