• After upgrading to SAP S/4HANA 2023 or higher, Business Events for Free of Charge (FOC) sales orders (SD document category I, e.g., order type FD) are no longer triggered.
• Events for standard sales order types (e.g., OR) continue to work correctly on the same upgraded system.
• No entries appear in /IWXBE/EVENT_MONITOR for FOC sales orders.
• Tool /IWXBE/EEE_SUPPORT confirms that events are raised for standard order types but not for FOC order types.
