3831560 - Date selection option not available in Overdue Receivables after transport (Open on Key Date)

• The Date Selection option is not available in the Overdue Receivables app in the Test system after the transport was imported.
• The issue occurred after successfully maintaining the Manage Date Function configuration and exporting the transport request to the Test system.

1. Maintain the Manage Date Function configuration.
2. Export the transport request (TR) to the Test system.
3. Import the transport into the Test system.
4. Open the Overdue Receivables app and check the Date Selection option for “Open on Key Date”.

In the Overdue Receivables app, “Open on Key Date” supports only date functions of type Single; date functions of type Range are not selectable, so the transported Range-type date function does not appear.

1. Verify the date function type used for “Open on Key Date” in Manage Date Functions.
2. If the current date function is of type Range, create a new date function of type Single that represents the intended key date.
3. Transport the Single-type date function to the target system as needed.
4. In the Overdue Receivables app, select the Single-type date function for “Open on Key Date”.
5. Do not expect Range-type date functions to be available for “Open on Key Date”, as this is the current system behavior.
