3831609 - Plant Filter Not Available in Order Value Help When Creating Outbound Delivery with Order Reference in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• When using the app "Create Outbound Delivery with Order Reference", users open the value help on the Order field to search for open Sales Orders.
• Plant is not available as a filter field in any of the search variants or condition options within the value help.
• The same behavior is observed in the "Create Outbound Deliveries" collective app. Plant is also not available under "Adapt Filters" on that app's main selection screen.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app "Create Outbound Delivery with Order Reference".
2. Enter a Shipping Point.
3. Open the value help on the Order field.
4. Review all available search variants (A through X).
5. Observe that none of the variants include plant as a filter field.
6. Open the "Define Conditions" tab in the same value help.
7. Observe that conditions can only be defined on the Sales Document number, not on plant.
8. Open the app "Create Outbound Deliveries".
9. Click "Adapt Filters".
10. Observe that plant is not listed among the available filter fields.

• Plant is not included as a selectable filter field in the Sales Document value help used by both apps.
• This is standard product behavior in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

No workaround is currently available to filter the Order value help by plant in either app.

The shipping point field on the initial screen does not filter the value help search results by plant. It only controls which Sales Order items are included when the Outbound Delivery is created.
