3831663 - Forbidden error when selecting Period/Variant selection in Calculate Footprints app

• The Calculate Footprints app shows a “Forbidden” error.
• The user cannot select Period and Variant in the Calculate Footprints app.
• Assigning broad role collections (for example, ConfigurationExpertRC or SustainabilityBusinessSupportSpecialistRC) removes the error but exposes many additional, unneeded tiles.
