Symptom

  • Intermittent HTTP 400 errors on Webhook activity in an automation where contacts enter via a Data Change node.
  • Most requests succeed; some fail without identifiable differences in payload or values.
  • API owner cannot access logs for these HTTP 400 responses and suggests the requests may not reach the application.
  • Failures appear in Notifications; recreating the automation after Fail-safe restores processing.
