• Removing plan components in the plan editor appears to succeed (save confirmation shown), but after reopening or refreshing the plan, the removed components are still assigned to the plan version.
• No error message or validation warning is displayed.
• Issue reproduces when editing a plan version and removing one or more plan components, then saving and closing.
