3831719 - Joule Analytics Center Fails With Error "Error getting data for this panel"

Symptom

When opening the Joule Analytics Center all panels have the error "Error getting data for this panel".

Checking the network trace a response of "Request is invalid" can be seen.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
