Symptom

  • Error: "Sorry, something went wrong. The system could not update your story. Please try again, and if the problem persists, contact your system administrator. Correlation ID:"
  • The Network logs shows a red text with upload? tenant= xxx with status: 403 Forbidden > Preview window shows " Sorry, posting content to this website is not allowed... You tried to visit: https://tenant_name_xx.hcs.cloud.sap/sap/fpa/services/rest/epm/contentlib?tenant=xxx"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the SAC tenant.
  2. Access the story.
  3. Make any changes.
  4. Save.

>> Error: "Sorry, something went wrong. The system could not update your story. Please try again, and if the problem persists, contact your system administrator. Correlation ID:xxx"

Cause

Network configuration.

Resolution

Note: SAP does not support the network configurations and further inquiries should be directed to the third-party software vendor/network team.
